How much must my salary be inorder to qualify for a maid? |
| |
|
| |
There is no actual figure and the application approval is dependent on the Ministry of Manpower. The income can be a combined income of both husband and wife or for that matter, the employed members of the family at the address applied for. But from our experience with other employers, any combine income of S$30,000 and more will stand a higher chance of getting their application approve.

Assuming the maid comes form Indonesia or Philippine, we can arrange for a passport, transportation from her country and handle the necessary paperwork. This is a daunting task if you do not know your way around and for a nominal fee that we charge, it is well worth it!
